Photo PC Swap

Mount a favorite photo to make it stable enough to send through the mail as a postcard. Be sure and write something about the photo on the back (ie, location of the subject, why you took the photo, anything you think is interesting about the photo, etc). Address it, stamp it (I usually put a 44 cent stamp on it since it is a little heavier), and send it naked to your partner.

If there is enough interest, I'll create several rounds for us.
