Create 1 Cute Owl ATC for 1 partner. Must be standard size 2.5" by 3.5" Do your best and make it something you would like to recieve! Don't just put a sticker on a an ATC blank and call it done. Stickers may be used if nec. but you must have other things on it. Please don't join if you don't plan on rating your partner as well. Everyone works hard and they like to get rated for a job well done!
