Smushed, smashed, pressed, elongated. No matter what you call them, they are still cool. It's always exciting to get a new one from somewhere. I collect them, and I know I'm not the only one. I've just never seen a smushed penny swap on here, so I decided to make one.

For this swap, you will send one elongated penny to two partners, that's only 2 pennies usually costing $0.51 each. Not an expensive swap, but a most definitely a fun one. Don't know where there is one near you? You can go here:

I signed up for a pressed penny swap as a newbie and was dropped because I didn't have enough ratings thanks for another opportunity to share this fun collectable.

I love pressed pennies. Too bad I didn't know this swap was going to come up, I could have gotten some extra last time I was near some machines. As it is, I only pressed one of each penny. Oh well, next time I will press extras just in case another swap comes around.

oh how i wish i could join this swap. i love pressed pennies but alas i am not from the usa and we do not have these in my country. :(

This is a wonderful swap idea. Too bad I know about this one a few weeks ago. I hope you hold another one in the future. I only press enough for me, than move on. The next time I will have to get more.
