Description:

Ok, I've seen a Thriftstore Valentine Apron Swap, but this is for a home made apron .. Valentine theme of course!

You will have one partner you must send a home made (no store bought) apron to. Along with the apron send a valentine card and tell your partner about your most favorite Valentine Day memory or what love about Valentines Day. Wrap your package up pretty (tissue, ribbon, etc) before mailing.

Make your apron pretty with Pinks, reds, laces, ric rack, ribbons, ruffles, .. just let your imagination run wild! Please send an apron you would like to receive. If you have a prefence of full or half apron, please list below. After partners are assigned, PLEASE read your partners profile or check to see in the comments area of the swap if they have listed a preference.

Time is running out and I want everyone to have a chance to sew something unique so the sign up time will be short.

Aprons are light weight and since this swap has no "tuck ins" other than a valentine card, let's invite everyone (international also) to join.

I'm requiring a rating of 4.5. No newbies (sorry) and no recent 1's or 3's. Your profile must be filled out completely. I'll be checking. I'm all about fairness and I detest flakers! If you have a special circumstance, private message me and we can talk. When I do a swap, I go above and beyond to make sure my partner has a nice package and I expect the same from everyone.

Be sure and mail by the mail date. Everyone wants to enjoy their apron by Valentines Day!

Happy Swapping !

If you revamp an old store bought apron does that count as store bought still or homemade?

I think a vintage apron that has been altered will be great. I just didn't want someone to run to the store and buy an apron. I love things that someone has put some of their time and effort in to. It means so much more! So, yes, altering will be fine! Hopefully more people will join before tomorrow! I'm ready to start on my apron! I have a darling pattern for a half on so maybe my partner will request a half! If not, I am an apron pattern junkie!
I'm a HALF apron gal .. one that's gathered. But would love anything anyone sends!
