The Black Dahlia ATC

I'm not sure if this subject has been used for an ATC before but my idea for it is about to explode out of my ears, so I feel the need to host this.

A little background...

Elizabeth Short aka "The Black Dahlia" was murdered in 1947 at age 23. Her body was found in a vacant lot, cut in half through the waist and drained of blood.

To this day, her murder remains unsolved and her murderer unknown, though many speculations have been made as to who it could be.

There's alot of info online if you need more background for your ATC.

Get creative, any medium.

So, basic ATC rules apply, y'know, size, don't just slap a sticker, etc.
