I just recently received some tiny hand made envelopes in a swap and they are SO cute. There are so many ways you can use tiny envelopes - on cards, put coins or stickers inside of them and tuck into a card - the list is endless! RULES: You will send one partner 10 (ten) miniature envelopes. SIZE: they can be NO SMALLER than 1 1/2" by 1" and NO LARGER than 3" x 3" They can be made of any material since they are so small. Be creative! TO PARTICIPATE: you must have a 5.0 rating, NO 1's or 3's in the past six months, and at least 5 package swaps under your belt. Since they do not weigh much, this swap will be International! FLAKERS ARE NOT TOLERATED!

If you get a 1 or 3 for a package you will never have a 5.0 rating so the requirements are confusing. Is there a way to change your rating to a 5. I've had two 3's in 2 years due to them being sent after the send by date. I am scarred forever for this, such a bummer.
