Card must be storebought and naked (meaning it cannot be sent in an envelope, needs to be stamped and written on) Try to write on it something that pertains to your flag or emblem.

Wunderland - no restrictions on how many people from each country.

Lynnie - I am thinking that as long as the Flag or Emblem is highly visible, then it would be just fine. :)
