This is a handmade postcard swap. Whatever book you are reading right now (or one of your favorites from the past), create a postcard with an excerpt from that book.

The postcard decorative side should have a lengthy passage from your book - type or handwritten - along with some type of artwork to make it more interesting to look at. Stamp, collage, doodle, watercolor...it's all good. Whatever your 'artwork' is, make sure that it is sturdy, that the excerpt is legible and that the writing and art are both sealed sufficiently to survive transit through the postal system.

Just to be clear, swap requirements are:
* Swap one handmade postcard to one partner
* On it will be an excerpt from a book, typed or handwritten
* Add some artwork/color for interest
* Include book title and author on postcard
* Send with the correct amount of postage
