I will allow newbies for this swap as it is a fairly low-dollar swap. Anyone is allowed with a rating of 3.5, no no-sends in the last month, and a complete profile.

I am allowing two weeks to prepare for this swap, as this should be sufficient to find something NICE for your partner. Please do not send "cheap" items. I will set a $10 min. in order to ensure that items will be nice.

I will cut any swappers I feel are "shady" before assigning partners. If there are no-sends in your recent past and you feel that you can handle this swap, please contact me and maybe we can work it out.
