Each of us will create our own journal to swap back and forth with each other. When the journal is complete, we will keep the journal we started.

Journals should stay small so that they can be sent in a regular envelope to cut down on mailing cost (and hopefully encourage regular sending!). Theme is sender's choice, but since we both like to dabble in art and scrapbooking techniques, some page decoration is encouraged (maybe some stamping, little drawings, scraps, stickers, whatever...) even if the content is mostly word based. (I tend to focus on word expression, but if you'd like to do more visual expression for yours, I'm open to trying whatever you'd like!)

Life can get busy, but let's commit to messaging each other whenever a book arrives safely, and try to get it sent out in about a week. Obviously, we'll stay in touch and let each other know if we get busy and have to delay sending. :) (I've got a trip coming up in June, and I know you've got a small son to care for!)
