When you sign up please post what size pages you would like to receive here in the thread. This swap is in honor of a great blog I've found giddygiddy.com. If you'll follow the link listed here with the swap you'll see the concept that I've chosen to swap with. To fulfill this swap you will have to include two things: A) fill a manila envelope with AT LEAST 25 pieces of paper that can be used to journal or draw on. The pieces should be clean sheets that can be written or drawn on both sides. Give things that you'd like to receive. Take examples from the giddygiddy Poor Man's Journal. Some examples are: blank pages from a take out order pad, doilies, paper bags, envelopes, un-used greeting cards, large paint chips, pieces of paper that have had stickers stuck all over them by the kids, calendar sheets from the desk blotter. (Ask your swap partner what size journal they would like to make and base your papers around that.) B) Provide your partner with a list of at least ten really good journal prompts to help them get their journaling started. Round 1 went really well. There were no flakers and I'd love for Round 2 to go just as well. If you have any questions, let me know! Newbies are allowed! |
