Description:
Stamp an image with dark ink on light vellum. I used StazOn ink. Heat emboss with clear embossing powder. Color your image with markers on the reverse side of your vellum. Allow to dry. Adhere vellum to light colored cardstock with the embossed side to the front. Use adhesive behind the colored areas or use vellum tape. You are a trusted member of this group but I reserve the right to ban.

Does it have to be light vellum or could it be on a transparency?

I have only done this on light bellum. If you were my partner, I would not mind you using a transparency.
