karma613: This sound like a fun fun swap. It brings memories from my childhood. I love valentines day because it not just for lover but friendships.

To my partner: I would be smitten if you sent me old/vintage children valentine cards, love the cartoon ones... I LOVE candy hearts too...

Question: Do these have to be actual OLD valentine's from when I was a child, or can I buy new ones from the store that are for children now?

I'm pretty sure it's for new ones.

Is anyone else concerned that the host of this swap is partially suspended and has not logged in since December 2nd? I'm just wondering what will happen to this swap if the host never assigns partners.

I was kinda concerned about that too. I was reading the FAQ and it says the coordinator has 3 days to initial the partner assigning. I believe, after 3 days swap bot automatically assigns partners :)

yeaaah you guys are not alone. i've been wondering about this ever since i found out that the host is suspended.. should've checked that out before i signed up but too late now >_<. i contacted admin about it so hopefully i'll be getting a response soon!

Ack, of course with my luck our absent swap coordinator (karma613) is supposed to send to me. I don't think that's likely to happen :( If the other four people that are supposed to be receiving from her want to private message me I'd be happy to send them valentines in karma613's place. (I've got plenty left over cards and stamps!)

I hope rin answers you, Sweeti - I'd like to know as well. Karma was my partner in another swap that is 2 months overdue. :0( I've tried on several occasions to contact her with no response.

She says she's going to send out the valentines. Not so sure about the past ones, though. I think she had too much stuff going on at once, and didn't have time or money for swaps.
