Description:
Lets re-use all that stuff we would normally throw away and create some amazing atc's. You can use the cardboard from box's for a base, or wrapping paper, christmas cards for a background, tensil for embellishment...the choices are limitless and it's all up to your imagination...plus you get to help keep all that garbage from going into the landfill. Your atc's do not have to be made entirely out of recycled materials but must include at least one item on each card that is recycled from your left over Christmas. You will have 3 partners and create 2 atc's for each partner for a total of 6 atc's. To help protect all honest swappers and to weed out the flakes I am only allowing those with a 4.7 or better rating to join. If you have had any no sends within the last 3 months you will not be allowed to join either. Newbies have time to join another swap and get a rating before sign up for this swap is over. This is an international swap. With that said...Have Fun, Be Creative and Help Mother Earth.

i love this idea. i'm new to the atc thing, so this seems much easier to me, no hunting for things i think will work, and ending up buying three times as much as i could possibly need.

This is an EXCELLENT idea for a swap! The whole idea of making art from "throw aways" is really intriguing. I just heard about a local group who swaps "recycled art" - art that's made from other people's junk, and this seems to go hand in hand with that concept. I'm in. (plus, it won't happen until after the holidays, so it'll be something to look forward to when that post-christmas crash hits).

Great! I think this swap will be a Huge success and Im already thinking of some more recycled card swaps to host.

What size should the ATC's be? In a previous ATC swap, each card was (2.5 x 3.5)... is that the standard size?
