We can all use writing prompts to get us started now and then. For this swap you'll have one partner. Create or find 50 different writing prompts for your partner. Put each one (print or write legibly) on a 3 inch by 5 inch card. (That's a small index card in the U.S.) Give your partner a variety of prompts, not all in the same style or vein. See his or her entry in the Write Now group forum to get a feel for what type of writing he/she focuses on -- or post your style below. Recap: 50 writing prompts on index or 3x5 cards. Snail mail. International. Group membership.

Just a note for my partner that I am actually going to give the writing prompts that you send me to my son, who will be working on his Bachelor degree in English this fall at University of Toronto. He is hoping to become an author someday. (I most likely will also write down some for myself - thought this would be a fun gift for him though.)

For my partner- I love to write about anything but if my partner could send me prompts based on zombies, vampires, werewolves and things of that type I would be thrilled. :)
