I Decided to start this swap because there a lot of things on here that i would love to try, and it is a great way to let other people try something also.

HOW IT WORKS: Your partner will put what he or she wants to try below, your job will be to purchase that item or things to accomplish that and send it to him or her.

For example, if your partner wants to try making a matchbox, you will send them a match bock, with paper and trinkets to go inside.

If your partner wants to try a certain food, you will send that to him or her. (Make sure it can be sent through the mail)

NOW FOR THE NASTY STUFF.

Must have 4.5 or above Newbies allowed with a full profile Go for hearts PLEASE RATE YOUR PARTNER

What do you do if your assigned partner wants something you cannot possibly find or get where you live?

email your partner and he or she should be willing to compromise, sometimes you can find what you are looking for in a seperate store geared toward it (such as an international food store).

ummm.. i want to try and make a patchwork quilt... i've never done that before! one themed on things i like, like mushrooms or hearts.. i think that would be fun and i've always wanted to make one! ^_^

or i want to try to collect something, hehe.. and i think kawaii stationary would be a fun thing to start collecting ^_^ alot of people seem to collect it!

i hope this is helpful! xx

Love this idea! I've never made a matchbox before, but I'm interested after seeing so many matchbox swaps, pictures, etc. so that's something I'd like to try. :)

I would really REALLY love to make a biscornu, although I do have my own sewing needles.

If that's too ambitious or out of hand, I'd also really love to make a matchbox of any sort! Shrine, filled, decorated, whatever. Just a cool matchbox! Some things I love, in terms of filling a matchbox or shrine:

  • stars
  • grass
  • summer
  • Christian religious imagery/the Virgin Mary
  • guinea pigs
  • shiny things (a shrine to tin foil, anyone?)

I hope that's descriptive enough! Can't wait!

WOW there are so many things I see others doing on here that I would love to try and so far I have jumpped in blind and tried a few. But if I have to pick one to try, I saw the cutest one eyed monster Felty and keep thinking I would love to try that ...

and to the partner the gets my name.... If you do not do felties that is ok.. pm me, I have a ton of other things I want to try, we will come up with something.

Hello. I would like to try making both a large and small matchbox. Thank you.

I would love to learn how to knit! I love soft knitted blankets and I have two little ones I'd love to make sweaters for.

I would really like to learn to crochet. =)

I would love to learn how to make matchboxes. I keep seeing the swaps for them but don't know exactly what they are. If you are not interested in matchboxes, I am also interested in learning more about ATC's. I have only made a couple of them.
