can they be cards with any language? for example, is it an extra if I do cards in dutch? or should it only be english?

I got a package with a address label the was in yellow & hard to read & didn't have the swap name so I don't know who send it, it had stickers in a enve & paper,& few other things, it came from NY, I think, the label is really hard to read so if anyone in this group send it please let me know!! Have a great day! Don't think it's this swap but maybe!!
