How long does it usually take you to tangle a 3.5" square? For this swap you will be drawing two Zentangles for one partner. One quick Zentangle, and one slow Zentangle. The quick Zentangle must be drawn in under 5 minutes. Set a timer if you have to! After 5 minutes you must stop drawing... no "I'll just finish this one thing..." Of course, ideally you should finish in under 5 minutes and not leave an uncompleted pattern. Practice a bit before to find out which patterns you are able to draw quickly and decently. The slow Zentangle must take at least an hour to draw. It doesn't have to be an uninterrupted hour - take some breaks if you want. But you must spend at least one hour tangling. Take your time; use all of the fussiest, most detailed, most time-consuming patterns you know. The Zentangles should both be drawn on 3.5" square tiles. Please draw them on sturdy white paper or cardstock with a black pen, and please remember to erase all pencil lines. If there are other questions, please ask below, or PM me if it is an urgent question! |
