Crafts and more.

We all like to do and send crafts and I bet those little ones would also if they could send them. They could do them with your help. Help help here we go, you are going to help.

You will have 1 partner

You will send two crafts and/or games and material in a zip lock bag to your partner.

There are a few things to remember when planning crafts for our sweet little ones ,no matter what their age is.

*materials have to be child friendly. Nothing that stains clothing. Nothing that is poisonous if put in the mouth, etc etc.

*The crafts are "DONE " with your children not given to them to do.

*Age appropriate.....all children are at different levels and capable of doing different skills, but that doesn't mean you can throw a craft in front of a child and say here you go.

*The child must always have a positive experience! Explain "how to's" one instruction at a time.

• MAKE IT SO THE CHILD IS ALWAYS CORRECT whatever you do, but still allow for creativity. Be gentle, use gentle cues perhaps guiding them to the correct place,or verbal reinforcement.

*always choose a time when you are not rushed, wanting to do something else (ha that's an hard one,sometimes).

Label your bags with the name of the craft or game and which age it is appropriate for.....which is senders choice, but please read your partners profile to see which crafts or games might be most helpful to them if they list ages of their children or grandchildren. Have fun before school time hits us all. Being prepared is the Key!
