Because I feel like crap today…..

I knew yesterday it would rain today, I don’t need a weather person to tell me.

I understand and agree that pain or sick free is not something we have in our lives, but it is always something to wish for.

I don't have any days that I don't feel bad, do not hurt, but I am use to having that kind of day.

Sometimes though I feel super bad and I say,” I'm sick.” My kids say,” but you’re sick every day.” So I say.” yeah, but today I'm really sick” They come back with ," you mean you aren't really sick those other days." I can't get anyone to understand.

1. What you wish your family, friends, or doctor would understand?

2. What do you do to get you through this period?

3. If you already had an outing planned, what do you do to get out of it on your sick days? Or do you go, & as my mother use to say, “I can be in pain anywhere.”

Personally, I have decided being in pain is like raising children, we do what we can, with what we know, & what we have. Neither our illness nor our children came with instruction manuals. But, we all have someone in our lives that like to give ‘suggestions’.
