We all love our pups dearly, right?

I mean, who wouldn't love the way they push us out of our beds at night, the way they walk on our craft supplies that are strewn about the floor, the way they look at us when we're dancing by ourselves in the living room to David Bowie...

For this swap, you will be paired with one partner, get to know them and their dog (purebred, mixed breed,mutt, imaginary, etc.), activities that they are involved in or favorite things to do together, and make them a 6X6.
This 6X6 may be made of chipboard, canvas, quilted, collaged, painted, mixed media, photo-esque, stained glass... or any other interesting technique! You could even try something new! It wouldn't hurt though to check with your partner for their likes and dislikes either. Remember to put into it what you would want back. Also, If your partner asks questions, be sure to respond in a timely manner : )

The object is to meet another swapper that loves their dog as much as you love yours, be creative, and maybe learn something new about a breed or how others spend time with their dog! In the end, you'll get a nice 6X6 to hang on your wall or to show off!

  • Do a bit of quick research on your partners dog. That may involve asking questions about their relationship, funny stories, breed characteristics, checking out the photos on their blog or website...
