Door Sign Swap-USA

When I was a girl, I loved to visit my Grandmother. She had a large property that she tended herself. When she was home, she would lock her door and hang a sign that said" Down Back". It was an easy way to let folks know she was home, but out on the property somewhere. She was a painter, and had designed the sign on a cedar shingle. There were flowers, trees and a tiny portrait of her crouched over some plants.

For this swap you will make a sign for your partner. You have control of the design, but must use the wording that your partner wants.

Requirements:

1) Sign must be made of something heavier than paper or poster board. (foamcore, wood, clay, fabric, Heavy posterboard)

2) There must be a way to hang the sign (hook on back, rope, yarn or wire through holes are some suggestions)

3) Sign must be at least 4x8 inches

4) Quality work - no shoddy items are produced by CQ members!

5) A rating of 4.9 or higher

6) No late sending ....or flaking.....or else

Suggestions for signs: "come on in" (great for a party, so you don't have to answer the door constantly), "we're out back" (good if you are having a BBQ or event in the yard, "Back in 10" (good for anyone with a shop, "Please leave deliveries on back steps" (good for UPS, etc.), "Do not clean" (great if you have a cleaning service come in and you need a room left as is}, "please do not let cats out".
