I love to travel and to learn about other cultures through food, drink and customs. I am American born of Polish descent and am married to a Dutchman. I love to cook and bake foods from almost any culture and enjoy experimenting with different spices and new recipes. I enjoy both tea and coffee. I like black tea, flavored teas, jasmine tea, fruit teas and flavored green teas. I do not like plain green tea. I do not like vanilla or licorice flavors. I am very open with regards to coffee flavors.
