I'm a stay at home momma and foster momma. I currently have 6 kids! My husband is military so we move around a lot. I do enjoy that though, as we've been places that we wouldn't of otherwise been able to afford. I also sell Makeup (Younique) on the side to help bring in extra money and because I just love makeup!
I really love Country but I also listen to Rap, Hip Hop, Alternative, Rock, Oldies, etc. I think the only thing I'm not really a fan of is heavy metal and gospel.
I love Romance and Mystery. Some of my favorite books are Nicholas Sparks books, 50 shades of grey series, twilight series, V.C Andrews books and the like.
I don't get to watch too much TV because of how crazy busy my days are, but I love Gilmore Girls, Pretty Little Liars, Faking It, Young & Hungry, Blacklist, Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad, Vampire Diaries, Desperate Housewives, Rosanne and many more!
I have been doing crafts of all different types, for years. I think I've tried just about everything at least once. But here's the current favorites for me...
Hair Bows -- I finally got a little girl in my life that I can make pretty bows for! I'm still very new to this, but I'm enjoying it a lot especially since I can watch her walk around wearing what I made!
Art Journaling - I learned this technique while on a retreat for sexually abused woman as a way of healing. I love it so much. I love being able to express my feelings in art form. Being able to use anything I want in it (although right now my favorite is acrylic paints). Best part is I've gotten my 4 year old son involved with me so we sit down and do this together :)
Wreaths -- I think that again, the reason I enjoy this is because it's something I can see being USED and not just stuck in a drawer somewhere. I mainly do mine with fabric as I've not had too much luck with the burlap LOL but I do want to learn how to get the burlap one right!
I love GROSGRAIN ribbons!!! Especially the 1-1.5 inch since those are harder to find in my area.
Anything for my art journaling -- paint, stencils, scrapbook papers, stamps, etc.
All of the kids are very crafty. They range from 2-13 years old, so anything in that range that they can do will be fine. Paint, Markers, crayons, papers, stickers, etc. Boys & Girls!
