My name is Samantha, I live in a very rural town in central Wisconsin. I found this site from a lovely lady who suggested something that would eat up my down time and express my creativity. Some of the things I'm interested in are: Astronomy, Reading Runes, Mythology of all sorts ( I think its fascinating to see peoples beliefs, I tend to pull my 'religion' from many different places, I believe theyre all correct in some form or another,people just distort things and avoid logic), Nature in all shapes and sizes and forms as well, Baking/Cooking, Anything Halloween or fall related; Samhain, Day of the Dead, The Yule,Paranormal, Aliens :P, Playing SOME video games, Renaissance related, Learning to sew, would love to learn how to crochet or knit, Also interested in learning German,attempting to make glass beads,would like to learn how to make incense, going to attempt to make bath salts!, slowly teaching myself origami, and in the process of making a wand! I'm very enchanted with BPAL. Starting to read some comics, and I don't mind a little anime. I'd love to try anything, you never know where your talents may lie!

I'm afraid I've been out of the music loop lately.. My favorite bands would be A Perfect Circle, Tool, Alice in Chains, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Portishead, Fischerspooner, Smashing Pumpkins, and so on and so forth. I really am open to lots of music though, and have taken a liking to Classical sorts, although I couldnt list any names..

I've been on a fairy tale kick! Not just the run of the mill ones (though I enjoy those as well), but the little hidden gems, from older times and different countries. Mythology related material as well. Some Philosophy as long as it doesn't go way over my head, Mythical creature related (fairies, gnomes, elves, vampires, werewolves, etc..)

Again, not much into media but The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy, Matrix Trilogy, Harry Potter, Natural Born Killers, The Crow: City of Angels, Knowing, CKY (lol! thanks to my muffin), STARDUST.

Ghost Adventures,Bill Nye, Ancient Aliens, Some stuff on the Investigative Discovery Channel, Through the Worm Hole, The Planets, COSMOS, Lingo (I demand Chuck Wolery comes back!) and Family Feud.
