Hi! I'm Jaime, a US-born woman now Australian citizen enjoying life in South Australia.

Don't get me wrong; I love all sorts of mail. Receiving mail is awesome. But we all have our preferences...

I make, read, and review zines at www.seagreenzines.com I absolutely adore zines and the zine community.

Anything I can use in zinemaking - washi, scrapbooking paper, markers, pens, stickers, etc.

I have quite a sweet tooth, but it mostly centres around chocolate (but not anything with with liquor or fruit in it). Chocolate-covered pretzels are my absolute favourite (with Pocky coming in a close second).

Miyazaki films are my favourite, and Howl's Moving Castle is probably my favourite of those (it's very hard to choose, though).

I like pretty things and such, but my preference is always things I can actually use. Things that won't sit there with no purpose.

Likes/Dislikes

Likes:

Colours - Blue, Green, Purple, Red, pastels

Food - I'm willing to try most anything once so long as it's not blatantly along the lines of my dislikes

Odds and Ends - Sharpies, washi tape, sticky notes, stickers, books, zines! Ninjas are sort of a theme for my zine stuff - especially ninja letter sets.

Dislikes:

Colours - Pink, Orange, Yellow

Foods - Sour candies, jelly beans, alcohol/fruit chocolate, fudge, tea (won't make it through quarantine), spicy things, absolutely anything green tea

Odds and Ends - Things in bad condition, makeup/lotion/body spray (I have asthma and really sensitive skin), anything religious or political.

My Husband

If you would like to do something nice for my husband (because he loves mail even if he won't admit it), here is a list of his likes:

  • Dark chocolate
  • Computer-related stuff (He's an IT guy)
  • Coffee (he's a huge coffee snob)
  • Bookstore gift vouchers (Dymocks, Amazon)
  • Guinness
  • Colours: Blue and green
  • Any books/pictures/DVD docos/etc on mysterious things like UFOs, spirituality, the pyramids (around the world), secret societies, etc

Please Note!

Australia customs/quarantine does not like tea, seeds, meat products, etc. Please don't send me any.

I currently do not have any children. Please don't send anything children/school/etc related.

Stuff for my cat and two dogs is more than welcome. :) Just be sure to check quarantine rules.
