Hello world :), my name is Sina, and I'm a 25 years old female from Germany. I've been snailmailing since I've been 8 years old and during the last few years I thought about doing swaps. I did a few over facebook groups and sadly didn't have good experiences there :(. Now I hope that via this site I'll find trustworthy people to do swaps with :). I'm intrested in swapping: pen pal related stuff, snacks, postcards, recipes. In my free time I love to read or watch a movie. And I sing in a choir and I love to travel. I hopefully will graduate with a degree in History this year and afterwards it is my dream to work at a travel agency. My profile pictures shows my dog Berta. She is a ten years old Golden Retriever who doesn't act her age :). I don't know if this is a thing here, but please don't send me dog treats for her. She is allergic against many things and needs special food. As you can see I only joined recently. But I promise I do send everything on time. And most times the German post system can be trustworthy. But it can always happen that something got lost. So if you haven't received anything from me please let me know before you rate me down. -Sina

I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and a proud Hufflepuff :). Overall I like reading a lot of different types of books, but nothing too scary. My favourite authors are Kerstin Gier, Joanna K Rowling, Lucinda Riley, Dan Brown and Ben Aaronovitch.

My favourite movies are Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Pirates of the Caribbean, Disney and Marvel movies.

As a kid I used to play the piano and saxophone. And I've been parts of different choirs since 2004. Currently I'm part of the Rheinland-Pfalz International Choir. I love singing there and I'm proud to be a member of this choir. We currently practice 'Dona Nobis Pacem' by Vaughan Williams. We will sing it in June to remeber that World War I ended a hundred years ago. My favourite band/artist are ABBA, The Beatles, Coldplay, Sunrise Avenue, Adele, Robbie Williams and P!NK.

I'm happy with whatever I get (mostly). Because getting a swap means an other person took the time and money to send me something. Maybe I won't like it, but the person who sent it loves it. When sending out a swap I'll make sure that I'll look through the other persons profile and try to send what they like. With that said I love a surprise in my mailbox :). When you send me a postcard you can either send it naked or in an envelope. As a German I don't celebrate Valentines Day, St Patricks Day, Halloween and Thanksgiving. But I have no problem with receiving anything related to those holidays. I also want to let people know that I'm not a really creative person. I try my best but I always think it looks awful. So if you get anything handmade by me I already apologize as it won't be as beautiful as all the crafty things you find on pinterest and co. But please believe my I do my best. And as you can imagine English isn't my native language. So I apologize for all the mistakes I'm doing. That said beside German (my native language) and English I also understand some basic French, Swedish and Danish.
