Dear SB Comment thingy, OMG today was so much fun! My best friend took me to the Kobalt 400 at Las Vegas motor speedway. It was my first NASCAR race and let me tell you it was nothing like I thought it would be, it was a blast!! I got to ride shot gun in a dodge challenger as a professional driver drove at top speeds drifting on the lil' mini track, I ate yummy race track food and got to listen in on the drivers through our headsets. Its was so much fun, I truly am lucky to have such an awesome best friend ^-^

Dear SB Comment thingy, This week has gone by fast. I got lots of fun mail this week some from SB some things I had ordered. And the big thing.....wait for it...wait for it... I'm going back to school! This time for massage therapy ^-^ ! I dont start till the end of May but I was so excited to view the school and get free chair and table massages today, and cant wait to go back tom for 2 for 1 massages (like actual 60min private with lotions and oils massage). 2 massages for 34$ you cant beat that, and Tom also happens to be Bubba's bday!! I cant believe my baby boy is turning 9. It'll be his last birthday in the single digits. Has it really been nine years? It seems like yesterday I was hovering over his car seat as we brought him home for fear his head might boo around or he'd get hurt. My Baby boy is growing up, how do I make it stop? How do I make both of them stay my lil' Lovies forever. =I
Holler! SB comment thingy!!, I did it ! I did it! I made a meal that was edible and the Mr and I both liked (with some minor critiques for next time) but it was cooked all the way and not burnt or bland or overly salty or gross. It was yumm! ^-^
Ok Sb comment thingy, I told you I'd give you an update on my new recipe. The house smelt great, the chicken came out beautiful, and when we were all seated and ready to eat the truth was reveled. It was under cooked and tastes awful =( . The Mr. ended up making us buffalo chicken sandwiches that were as always super yumm. But that was a 2 days ago, as I am not a quitter I'm giving another new recipe a try. This one is pioneer woman's sour cream enchiladas. I love her easy to follow (with pictures) recipes and steps. Hopefully I wont mess this up because it looks really yummy, and the Mr.'s fav. food is enchiladas. crossing fingers
OMG SB comment thingy My house smells delicious! I'm trying out a new recipe and so far by the yummy smells all over my house it seems to be going good ^-^ !!! i onlt hope it taste half as good as it smells, will update with results. I got this recipe from oddly not pioneer woman, but a new site I found KevinandAmanda. I wouldnt even say its a new site cause I DL fonts from their Font page all the time I just never noticed the blog part.
Dear SB comment thingy, last night I went out with my best friends and we were planning on living it up in Vegas (as we both live here but never really venture to the strip). After dinner and an hour at the nickle slots I turned to him and said would you hate me very much If I just wanted to go home? Yep My one night on the town and I decide to call it a night before 10:30. I guess I'm not cut out for the night life ne more. well off to brunch with the family ^-^
