Hey! My name is Gefen and I am a 23 year old student from Israel. I live with my husband in a small city in the center of the country and attend university. This is my first year at university, so I'm super excited. I study art history and religion. I like making art and reading books and watching study and penpal related youtube videos. I also play the harp and have a small band with some friends. I grew up in Israel, and got my english from living in London as a kid for a few years. Can find me doing bujo and penpal-ing on IG at https://www.instagram.com/isleepsing/
Important note! The Israeli post system is slow, so sometimes letters sent to me will take a bit to reach. Thank you for your patience :)
I love Folk and Indie mostly, and my favourite artist is Regina Spektor. She is my inspiration! I also listen to sooo much podcast - mostly fiction podcasts, though there is a harry potter one and a dnd one that I love.
I will read absolutely anything fiction. But fantasy and sci-fi are particularly close to my heart. I love Harry Potter and the name of the wind. I also love The book theif, by Markus Zusak.
I am the kind of person who has phases, so I do a bit of everything. I've always been drawing, though, and in the last year and a bit I've gotten into bullet journaling and scrapbooking. And now into letter making. I made one for a friend who's doing a semester abroad and absolutely fell in love.
I love to cook and discover new recipes. I'm also definitely more of a tea person, but I was a barista at a coffee shop for a while so I love making coffee, even if it's not my favourite drink. I'm studying german for almost a year now, and even making my way through Harry Potter in German. I would love to practice my german with native speakers :)
I'm happy with anything, but especially love crafty things - paper, stickers, sticky notes, anything else you like to create with. My only request is please don't send me pressed flowers/seeds/anything organic. Thank you!

Hello there! Which D&D podcast do you listen to? My husband and I are big fans of “Critical Role,” and watch it on YouTube, although he started out listening to it. I had to ask because it’s cool to see another D&D fan!
