About Me

I'm Katie and I live in Portland, Oregon. Berry picking, sampling beers, and hiking in the Gorge are just a few of my interests here in the Northwest.

Crafting has always been a creative outlet of mine, and I have recently been teaching myself to sew. I love collecting special fabrics and enjoy figuring out new projects. My husband and I are trying to start our family soon, so crafting and sewing for baby has been really fun!

I also enjoy watercolor painting, crafting with washi tape, and card making.

Favorite Television

Parks and Recreation, The Office, and How I Met Your Mother are my current favorite TV Shows.

Favorite Music

My music interests are always changing, but these bands always appear on my playlists: Sufjan Stevens, Iron & Wine, Regina Spektor, Fleet Foxes, and Andrew Bird

Favorite Crafts

I have many craft interests: sewing, embroidery, watercolor painting, knitting, baby onesie painting, quilting, and felting.
