Hello World~ I am a real estate broker/business owner - I sell farmland. I live in a small farming community about an hour west of Chicago. I have 2 boys - 19 and 16. My oldest is at University of Iowa studying pre-med and my youngest is a junior in high school and is the last of the boys left playing ice hockey. He's been playing since he was 4. My parents live in Wyoming in the upper Green River Valley. One of my favorite places to visit, although I'd take the beach over the mountains! I enjoy walking early every morning. I live on a 30 acre wooded wonderland with a lake and several wetland areas. I have 4 dogs and a cat - her name is Diesel and she has 26 toes - a polydactyl/Hemmingway Cat - all the dogs are outside. They are - St. Bernard, German Shepard,1 German Shorthair, and Blonde English Lab- who weighs about 180#. I love watching any ice hockey - Chicago Blackhawks in particular! I have a younger sister and a niece and nephew. I am an avid collector of old bottles! I love to dig in old dumps or privies to find them! They are pretty neat! We own 30 commercial and residential properties. Keeps us busy. One of them is a 21 acre horse farm - my step daughter runs a high end boarding facility there and we also have converted some of the barns into storage or business use.

I love to write and send and receive letters/postcards -- any type of snail mail! I am interested in swaps as well.
