I'm Julia, 26, from Russia and I'm a newbie here. I'm registered on the original postcrossing website but 5 postcards at a time are so few... I've been waiting for them to reach their destination point for ages. And I've already bought a huge pack of postcards which I need to send out as quickly as I can :D Hopefully, you'll accept me into your community :)

In my free time, I like listening to different kinds of music, reading, watching TV series, baking, meeting with friends and playing board games. I also love dancing and singing, going to the movies (love thrillers and horrors, 'cause good comedies are few nowadays...) and musicals. I like reality horror quests where one needs to escape the room in an hour's time (don't know if they're popular in your country). I'm also an animal lover, but unfortunately, I'm allergic.

I love all kinds of postcards really, but you'd make me overjoyed if you sent me:

• cute watercolour or marker illustrations;
• illustrations of film/tv series characters;
• illustrations of famous people - actors, artists, musicians, writers, poets, philosophers etc. (it would be really great if they were born in your country or at least meant something to you - may be you're a fan?)
• a postcard depicting something that tells about traditions in your country: national dresses, specific architecture, local cuisine or some kind of craft;
• beautiful photos of your country's landmarks;
• photos and pictures of lighthouses (I love them!).

The only thing I ask is that you write something on the backside of the postcard. It can be anything (preferably, something more than just "happy postcrossing" or a phrase like that). You can tell me a little about yourself, or your daily routines, or explain the choice of the postcard if it means something to you. It can be an interesting fact on the topic of what your postcard depicts as well.

And I don't mind postcards in envelopes, so you can send them the way you prefer.
