Maineswapper

I am a wife and a mother of 4. I live in Maine and in a small town. I work full time as well as attend college (only 5 classes to go). I am very open minded and hope that everyone is as well enjoy swapping and tend to be on the computer a lot. I originally started swapping on yahoo groups and became addicted quickly. I swap all kinds of items.

My favorite colors are purple, yellow, and lime green. I collect Boyds bears, wind chimes, frogs, dragonflies, and dolphins. I also breed Saint Bernards and collect anything to do with them.

I listen to all kinds of music but my favorite is county, but my daughter has gotten me into listening to more of the hip hop stuff. I enjoy most music.

I tend to read any and all novels and short stories except for romance novels. I cannot seem to read a romance novel at all. My favorite types of books are suspense, mystery and horror books. I love Mary Higgins Clark, Stephen King, James Patterson and many others.

I love action movies. They are my favorite. I really love the movie Fast Five. I also have a tendency to watch a lot of rated G movies, as I do have four children. We recently have watched the Smurfs, Lorax, and the Zookeeper; which I thought were all really good movies.

I am a CSI, NCIS, and Law and Order SVU addict. I find these shows very interesting and fell in love with them. I used to watch them all the time but right now they are mostly repeats so I have slowed down on watching them. Instead we have picked up on watching Storage Wars. This is become a new ritual in our house.

I love to scrapbook, plastic canvas, and do latch hook rugs as well. I am trying real hard to learn how to crochet as I want an afghan and thought I could make one. I did make one pot holder but haven't gotten any further.

I do not have a lot of dislikes but I should mention a few. I do not drink coffee or hot tea. I also do not like nuts (peanuts, cashews, any). I also do not like rude or judgmental people.
