I am a mother of two from the central coast of California. I love everything vintage and paper crafting. I own a small upcycle/recycle business called Halfway Junk. I am a junk lover and I always want to find a use for old or used things.

I've become obsessed with junk journals. Not so much the Victorian themes. Mostly just general vintage odds and ends.

I like to do swaps because its so much fun to open the mail box to a happy mail package than just the regular unwanted bills. I also love the thought of other people being made happy by something you gave them.

FAVORITES:

-Ephemera.. it can be new but I also love used/vintage looking items.

-Tags... ..they are just so fun to look at and decorate

-Vintage... ..all kinds really, even new stuff made to look old..

-Tim Holtz.. ..yeah I like just about anything he does!

-Favorite swaps I really love to do the destash or send anything swaps. I find it so interesting to see what others collect.

WISH LIST: growing my ephemera collection and die cuts that I can use in collages etc. Used items are just fine, nothing sticky or gross..

CRAFTS/HOBBIES: I love junk journals, to take anything used and recycle/upcycle it into something that can be loved again. This can include paper crafting items to frames, to small pieces of furniture. I enjoy making cards, ATC, pocket letters, flip books...

COLORS: my favorites are green, tiffany blue, silver, gray, black and white.
