yeah it's a shame isn't it.. I have mailed huge packages that cost me a fortune to atcs.. and somehow one postcard can tarnish my perfect record.. especially when it's so iffy if pc's will arrive where they are supposed to go. It's especially frustrating because when I was preparing all 10 pc's I made sure to read each person's profile to see what type of PC or subject matter they preferred. I would say to improve the system it should have a requirement that they try to contact the partner and allow the partner to resend (sort of how paypal and ebay mediate such things) before they can give a negative rating. Hi, well....I don't know, but what I do know is that mail from europe sometimes takes weeks to go to countries like Brazil, I had a friend in Venezuele, and even letters could taak 5-6 weeks. So I'm hoping it'll get to you soon, the other girl got her package about a week ago I think, but she was in the US.
