I am a native New Yorker who started out on the Lower East Side of Manhattan and ended up in Suffolk county (of all places). I enjoy my new nieghborhood. It's a change of pace from the "big city."
I enjoy writing and love writing letters. I journal when I can and like to decorate as I write.
I also enjoy coloring and it has become something both my eldest son and I like to do together.
My favorite genre to read is historical fiction, but I am starting to lean towards history and YA, as well. My favorite series is The Selection and I am actually sad that it ended. Lol I visit the library frequently looking for my next great read!
I definitely love to make things! I like to make charms for planners and I make the occasional bracelet or two. I'm not a huge paper crafter, but I decorate the heck out of my journal and do like to collect little cut outs and such. I have a thing for gift tags for some reason. Some of them are just so pretty.
Who doesn't love pretty things?! I'm a BIG stationery addict, with stickers and washi tape being at the top of my list. I love soft pastel florals and almost anything with turquoise, aqua or Frozen type colors. Alpha stickers are my favorite as well as functional stickers.
Did I mention I love planners?! Well, I most certainly do! I have Filofax, Happy Planner, Recollections, Kate Spade (one of which I converted into a traveler's notebook), Arc, and traveler's notebooks from various Etsy shops. I mostly use personal size for my ringed planners (I tried spiral and wasn't too crazy about it), classic and big for Happy Planner, and various sizes for traveler's notebooks. Planner/traveler's notebook inserts, folders, dividers, and dashboards are always welcomed. :-)
I also have random things that I love....
Just about anything coffee related (I love me some coffee)
Enamel pins
Paper doilies (don't ask me why...i just think they're cool lol)
Coffee cozies (the more unique the better)
Zip pouches (any size)
Friendship bracelets (bright colors and unique patterns wide or thin)
Christian themed items
Bible studies
Bookish items
Page markers
