I would just like to remind those people I swap with, I’m in Australia and mail to the US and UK can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, especially during holiday periods. The same for swaps getting here. I always rate as soon as a swap arrives 💜🇦🇺🦘

Hi, just a quick update, I’m off on a holiday for just over a month in May. All swaps have been sent. I’ll be back up and running when I return. I’m checking off any swaps as I receive them as my son will be here checking my mail, still time for hopefully some to arrive next week before leaving on a 🛫👍🏻😃🦋

Hi I’m back but not full time yet, just putting my toe in the water to see how I go. My eyesight has improved slightly ❤️

It is with a very heavy heart that I’m unable to join any swaps at this time.

i’ve almost completely lost my sight over the last month. I’m trying to keep positive that the doctors will find an answer to this and that I’ll be able to swap again. I’d particularly like to thank my dear friends @donetta and @isabellasnow for being wonderful angels and helping me during this difficult time

Even though I’ve been super careful, I’ve managed to get Covid. My whole household has it too. I am feeling pretty sick, so a couple of my swaps unfortunately are going to be late.
We are in quarantine for at least 10 days. I have let all my swap partners know and they have been very lovely about it. Hoping we all feel better soon. Please stay safe everyone, this is not fun😢 .

Hi there, It has been a pretty hard journey. My eyesight is not what it was, but at least I’m now not in as much pain as I first was after surgery. After quite a few setbacks I think I am now ready to do one swap at a time to see how I go.

I have to once again have eye surgery. This time on my ‘good’ eye. The surgeons are unable to tell me when I’ll be able to see again.. very scary... Surgery is beginning of July so I will not be joining anymore swaps. Please keep me in your thoughts whilst I recover, which could take up to a year assuming all goes well.

Will miss you all whilst I’m away.

20th August 2018 Hi, After a fantastic trip to Canada and Alaska in May/June 2018. I kind of fell apart. I was back in hospital for two weeks and I’ve had issues with my eyesight. So I have had to stand back from SwapBot 😢. I am truly hoping to get back into swapping soon.

Hi, My name is Ros/Roslyn.

I live in Sydney Australia

I am married and the mother of 3 children. I love making ATCs and I loved patchwork, but now my eyesight is not good enough for this so much now. I’ve a room full of material. Decluttering is in my future.

I also belong to a wonderful Aussie/NZ online quilt group.

My twins turned 33 in November and my eldest son is 37 and he got married in April 2013. And lives not too far away. He and his wife had their first baby,. A beautiful girl on 11 Sept 2017. They have jnow added the cutest boy to our family on 18 Aug, 2022.

My only daughter was married in February 2015 and they both lived with us for 3 years but now are in their new home in Nov 2015 . They had a beautiful daughter (3 July 2016). She has now had another baby girl 4 September 2019.

So now we have three gorgeous granddaughters to spoil 💖💖 and a little grandson who is also adored 💙.

My youngest (son) lives with us and has just finished his Masters Degree.

We also have 3 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels whom I love. A ruby girl called Pippa (14/11/2016) she is a real snuggler. She is Aunty to brothers, Tavish, a Blenheim, a gentle nervous soul. And Chance, a tri colour- he is our little devil,- if something has been eaten, stolen or a hole dug, we know he was the instigator lol. Just as well he is cute like all of them. (26/1/2020).

I haven't worked for a very long time, since I was 26 years old, after an eye operation went wrong, but I try very hard to keep occupied with my crafting.

I had my left eye removed in November 2011. I have a prosthetic eye now and I believe it looks pretty good.

I will always do my very best work - slow but I get it done on time.

My hubby and I went on a fantastic trip to Europe in 2014. Now I have the travel bug lol. We also went to Canada and Alaska with a short stay in Seattle in 2018. Fabulous.. Had a great time in the UK, loved Scotland and we went to a wedding in Ireland It is just so pretty there and would love to go back one day.

I will always rate as soon as I receive.

I love anything with a bit of glitter. Just love a bit of sparkle :-).

I am particularly fond of anything vintage. - charms, pretty buttons, Lace, Ribbons.

I am into shabby chic and Victoriana.

My dogs are my joy and keep me company so love all things Cavalier King Charles.

My favourite artist is Thomas Kinkade. Such beauty that he painted

Cling Stamps, paper punches etc and Tim Holtz things are always special.

Also love Christmas. Angels especially .

Favourite material collections are soft pastels, and florals, but I love bright hand dyes as well

I like to think I am fairly easy to please :-) My favourite flowers are pretty much all the spring ones anything scented. Love Rose and Orchids.

I'm a chocoholic lol, especially the dark kind though most chocolates are welcome. Including hot chocolate. If you are in Australia my favourite tea is Earl Grey.

I love mainly historical romance and all the Elm Creek books.

Also love fantasy fiction like Harry Potter, and the Erragon series.

Lately into mystery/crime The Fens Series

Because I can't see very good now, I listen to audio books on audible
