I am a 36 year old blood bought child of God! I have been married to the greatest man in the world for the past 16 years and we have 2 wonderful daughters. We live a quiet country life in which we homeschool, raise pets and attend our Holiness Pentecostal church every chance we get. We love the Lord, and we appreciate the fact that God has blessed us with each other, our church and our family.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Southern Gospel---especially the Gaithers, Mark Lowry, The Hoppers, The Isaacs, The Martins, The Dove Brothers, Michael English, LordSong, Karen Peck and New River, and many many others. I also LOVE ANY kind of inspirational BLUEGRASS!!!

We dont even own a TV, so I have no idea about that.

My favorite authors are Jannette Oke, Lori Wick, Karen Kingsbury, Jan Karon, Beverly Lewis, Lynn Austin, Nicholas Sparks and Mary Higgins Clark.

I am trying to collect all of Mary Higgins Clark and Nicholas Sparks books in hardcover.

I love Bible study guides based on the King James Version of the Bible only.

I am trying to get the rest of the following series as well: The Heritage of Lancaster County (Oke) The Californians (Wick) Rocky Mountain Memories Series (Wick) Tucker Mills Trilogy (Wick) Seasons of the Heart (Oke) A Prairie Legacy (Oke) Love Comes Softly Series (Oke) Women of the West Series (Oke) The Candlewood Trilogy (Delia Parr) Lone Star Legacy ( Judith Pella) The Alcott Legacy (Mary Ann Minatra)

I would love to get any of the Left Behind series.

I LOVE to read Biblical Prophecy.

I love to read anything about holiness Pentecost.

Really, I just LOVE TO READ!!

I am an avid reader, (see above) but I also spend my time sewing for my family. I love to cook and bake and I also crochet and scrapbook. I love all crafts really, and am trying to pass on that love to my girls.

Some of my other loves:

Anything that smells like coconut. (shampoo, lotion, deodorant, soap, candles, hair spray, etc)

I LOVE HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE!!!, bookmarks, kitchen gadgets, and willow trees.

My favorite color is green.

I love cutesie little socks (size 8-10)

I love to participate in yarn swaps..just to see what I might get!

I love smelly smelly lotion (like bath and body) and good smelly candles too! (especially COCONUT...)

I am a very easy person to please, and I cant wait to do some swaps with you all!

Ok, well I have shown you that I am a pretty easy going, laid back lady. I appreciate just about anything that you might send me but here are a few things that I don't do (and would rather not get from anyone).

I don't wear makeup or colored lip glosses

I don't wear jewelry of any sort

I don't have a TV so I don't really know about or understand TV type items or literature

I don't go to the movies either see above statement

I don't wear pants (only skirts or dresses)

I don't wear nail polish of any sort

I don't cut my hair although as soon as I wrote that I thought that it has no bearing what so ever on a swap probably lol

I don't do anything new age or with a wiccan or witch theme....and please I don't mean to offend anyone with that statement

I also don't do halloween or halloween themed items

I don't read romance type novels at least not the harlequin type of mushy gushy ones Inspirational romance is ok...(as noted above)

I only wrote these things on here so that I won't get these sort of items. But please dont think I am a closed minded person, these are my preferences, and I thought that I would stick them in here too.
