I am a 40-something year old who lives in Connecticut in a small town near the Long Island Sound.

I live with my husband. We have known each other for over 20 years and lost contact for some time. We finally were able to connect not too long ago. Things happen for a reason and life makes things happen in funny ways.

My kitty passed away at the age of 17 from heart complications and kidney disease. We adopted 2 bonded shelter cats, Delilah and Samson. They are siamese mixed and super sweet!

After numerous fertility treatments, I am blessed with a daughter who was born on 11/23/16. She is my everything and I am excited to see what she will become.

I keep myself busy with my job (private practice) and getting back into shape.

I used to do a lot of crafts but somehow got away from that. My plan is to get back into getting creative again and get my right side of the brain occupied.

I love to read. Right now I am obsessed with the Agatha Raisin series. I love mysteries, autobiographies, light reads, funny books..pretty much anything!

*the colors: blue- it reminds me of the islands in the Caribbean..... purple- I feel like its such a regal color

*pressed pennies: I love collecting these and I would love more to add to my collection!

*makeup-I am a bit of a hoarder with this stuff!

*tea-I love most teas, especially ginger tea. It's good and good for you! I am a huge fan of David's Tea at the moment. I am not a fan of lavender tea.

*nail polish-love to treat myself to pretty nails.

*jewelry-love necklaces and bracelets. I enjoy making them too.

*music-I have music ADHD. I listen to a lot. But really love folk, indie, new wave, and music from when I was in high school. Think 120 Minutes 1990-1994.

*gardening-I just started my first veggie and flower garden. I splurged on some climbing roses this year. Any good tips to make my garden grow? Pass them my way!

*anything outdoors-hiking, kayaking, just being at the beach

*bathtime-bubble baths and bath salts can make any bath luxury

*sanrio-love all the characters but Keroppi is my heart.

*socks! any that are fun and funky

*kawaii-all day, all the time!

*matchbox crafts- I love decorating them and filling them with little surprises.

*modge podge- make any boring thing fun again!

*filled mason jars with goodies

*video games- I love Animal Crossing! My goal is to own all video game systems. So far I own 6!

*cooking- I love trying new things. Send me old family recipes!

*Sweets: love love love Tim Tams, especially doing the Tim Tam Slam; anything gummy; dark chocolate, any candy with nuts, Kinder, jelly beans; chocolate covered pretzels, oreos-especially chocolate covered!

*Popcorn!

*used stamps: I have had some people send me some. I am thinking of making a collection of them!

*tv- OITNB, Walking Dead, Downton Abbey, AHS, Girls, Game of Thrones, Great British Bakeoff, and yes, reality tv
