I'm a reluctant housewife / SAHM. I left a job I loved because I thought I might enjoy my sanity more than employment. I haven't made a decision on that score, yet.

I have done exotic animal rescue for years and now have a menagerie in my home! This includes snakes, lizards, spiders, birds and small, biting things. There's also a small dog and two surly cats roaming the halls somewhere.

I am tattooed, pierced and gauged, and I love every little bit of it. I am a huge fan of tattoo art, and it frequently finds its way into my projects, even if I'm going for something completely different! Don't panic, though, I'm still pretty girlie.

I also, unfortunately tend to be... er... more NC-17 in my language than PG, but generally try to be mindful.

I listen to almost anything, but still haven't fallen in love with rap or dubstep. Also, most Top 40 stuff makes me cringe a little.

My favorite is jazz- Dave Brubeck, Thelonious Monk, Vince Guarldi and the rest of those guys.

Classic rock is great, too.

So is classical music in general.

I will, quite literally, read anything. I don't even have a favorite genre.

Please don't judge. It's an illness.

I do love a good series, though. Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, The Dark Tower, Enchanted, Inc...

I like to dabble in a little of everything. I'm not particularly stellar in any one craft area, but can manage good at a lot things when I really, really, REALLY work at it.

And I don't mind working at it!

I'm enjoying altering matchboxes and tins, and playing with ATC's and inchies. I love making little felt goodies, too!

• Animals - any kind. I love hippos and owls, though. And my parrots. And my dog. And, wait, yeah, the spiders, too. Don't judge! ;)

• Biblical verses or other Christian items. I left the church many years ago and am very comfortable with my decision. However, I am very respectful of everyone's faith.

I always rate and I rate fast! I sit at the desk and open mail with my laptop open. If I've gotten your swap, I've rated it. I hate having to wait and worry about whether or not something has arrived.
