well... I love long walks on the beach...

just teasing (although I love the beach)...

husband/father in my mid30s, love the outdoors (hiking, backpacking, kayaking, camping, biking, etc)... really enjoy traveling to other countries...

i enjoy creating art - drawing, painting, sculpting, pendant making, woodworking/carving... most everything

i collect tiki mugs and tiki related art, etc. hawaiian, polynesian, papua new guinea, etc... this is by far my favorite stuff if you are curious as to what i would really like if you are creating something for me...

i also like midcentury/retro stuff... day of the dead, shrunken heads, skulls, and the like... crosses... i like octopi, squid, sea turtles... some celtic knotwork or images are great too...

as far as themes, tiki is my favorite!

U2, Bob Marley, Jack Johnson, hawaiian...

also like David Crowder Band, Hillsong United...

lots of other stuff... big band, classical, cultural/tribal music

I like old radio shows though.... always have some loaded on my ipod for when i run or am at the gym or just working in the yard... alternate between these and music, depending on my mood

i don't watch much tv... but when i do:

i only watch 2 sitcoms: the office and modern family... i watch some sports (soccer, football, some basketball)...really enjoy discovery / nat geo / science /history channels... watch a couple of reality shows with my older kids: survivor, amazing race and apprentice

Tolkien, CS Lewis, GK Chesterton, Crichton, classical books like Kipling, Joseph Conrad and such, adventure/explorer books, some spy novels...

a lot of hiking/backpacking trail guides... books about other cultures....

The Princess Bride is classic...

Also enjoy some good espionage films...

Like some older movies set in the 40s and 50s...

anything adventure related... love some good bio flix too,,,
