I am a cancer survivor and a jewelry artist. I am a Wiccan and I have been lamp working for 10 years and sell most of what I make. I love all sorts of beads and you will find jars of them sitting around my studio waiting to be made into something.

I am happily married and lucky enough to be married to my soul mate, Lee for the last 18 years.I am a wiccan, I love tea - mostly the black teas and herbal. I hate Chai tea, and I love to container garden!

We have an 85lb female black Labrador named Summer Storm. She loves anything that squeaks or smells like food. ANY food!

Any of the LOTR books, I have been a Ringer since I was 15, over 33 years ago! I had last a few of my precious books to a house fire 10 years ago and I am now starting to build my library back. I love Marion Zimmer Bradley ad the Avalon series books. And believe it or not, I am a WWII history buff. I read and have all sorts of books on the subject..and models too!

Very eclectic. I like mostly 70's music. I love Disco music (I graduated high school in 1978) but I love the metal music that came from the time as well. KISS, Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath are all of my favorite bands ad I still buy their music. Alice Cooper's latest album was "Along Came A Spider" and I bought it the day it came out in August. I also like the 40's big band music, hubby and I try to make at least 1 hangar dance a year. A hangar dance is where everyone dresses up in 1940's clothes and uniforms, drinks rock and rye and listens to big band sounds! It is always done in an old airplane hangar and there are usually vintage war planes. Fun times for an old disco queen!

I like action movies, science fictions, etc. You wouldn't not catch me dead in a chick flick movie...sorry girls but I do not see the appeal. I do watch some of the newer movies, however I prefer to watch them with riff trax. MST3K boys now have a riff site that they sell riff trax for today's movies. You can watch them on your computer with the riff already added or you can listen to the riff while watching the movie on TV. www.rifftrax.com If you like the 6 movies of Star Wars, you'll really love them with the riff trax!!!

BEADS!!!! I love beads. I am a beader, I craft my own beads from lamp work to fused to dichro, I make them all and sell them on artfire. I started making jewelry for Pagans and Wiccans. Years ago, we had no where to get nice religious jewelry, so I decided to make my own, then I started making extender chains for store bought jewelry that my larger friends wanted to wear but couldn't. Then it dawned on me, why not make plus-sized jewelry! SO I do that too. I love beading so much that I have turned the living room of our house into my studio. We rarely used the room. You will find most of us doing what we love here and when we invite friends over they want to gather on the porch with the grill! Who needs a formal living room?! The female guests always want to come into my studio here to see works in progress and the males want to see my husband's man cave!

I don't watch television, I can't stand commercials and the camera angles are horrible. I rent TV programs from netflix if I want to see them. I used to watch Charmed, but it made me feel weird about how they were representing Wicca. I didn't approve, I thought the TV series would be detrimental to those of us who follow the old ways. The jury is still out on that.

Besides my hubby of 17 years and my son of 27 years, I love many things. Marjolein Bastin's Nature's Notebook series. I love those cute nature sketches. Anything at all, the stationary, the greeting cards, note cards, anything from Marjolein. Also Debbie Mumm cards. I love Yankee Candle scent of Sage & Citrus, and Midsummer's Night and Storm Watch..they used to make a Patchouli one that I loved but it discontinued. I love lip balms, all flavors all brands. I think it comes from the fact when I was in High School, I used different flavors of roll on lip glosses. Strawberry, cherry, watermelon, banana, you name it, I had the flavor in my purse! You can't find lip glosses anymore so I use balms. I love to bake. I love to cook, but I really like baking breads and pastries. No one can beat my Beignets or my Chausson aux Pommes, delicious!! I love flowers the more heavily scented the better! I love container gardening and have huge urns around my door filled to bursting with impatiens, gomphrens and lantanas. I love to bead and work at my studio. I love storage items...anything that can clear my clutter up is most welcomed!
