I am a 51 yr old stay at home mother/grandmother. I worked as a CNA for over 25 yrs and loved it. I enjoy being able to help people in any way that I can. I have a grown daughter with 2 children and a grown son with 3 children, so I'm a granny to 5 wonderful children that I adore with all my heart and soul. I love any and all animals and currently have 3 dogs that I treat like my kids, lol I really think my one dog believes he IS human. I love the outdoors and pretty much live in the forest. My home is on a dead end dirt road with only 3 homes on it. I can walk out my front door into the wilderness at any given time. You couldn't pay me to live in the city ever again.

I started doing swaps about 4 yrs ago and just love doing them. They keep me occupied and it gives me something to look forward to.

Although I'm not really crafty, I will give it my best shot. I have been told that I am very creative and have a flair for decorating my home. I have had many people ask me to decorate their homes and ask how to arrange furniture to get the most out of a room.

I am a clean freak and am always cleaning something. It drives my family insane. If something isn't used and sits in one place for to long, you wont be able to find it because I can't stand things just laying around and will either throw it away or put it out of site.. That is my biggest pet peeve.

I love antiques and vintage items. And anything with a rustic theme or decor, as my home is all done in a rustic theme with bear, moose, deer.

Favorite colors are any shade of purple, yellows, and greens I love yellow roses, lilacs, honeysuckles, and sunflowers (my kitchen is done in sunflowers, and is very pretty if I do say so myself)

My favorite places to hit on a weekly basis are all the local THRIFT STORES. I love digging through the bins. You never know what you might find.

I'm a DOLLAR STORE freak to! Love, love, love going there and seeing what new items they have in for the week. Just like the thrift stores, you never know what you might find.

I'm an AMAZON junkie... my wishlist on there goes on for miles. (You can never go wrong by sending me an Amazon gift card)

GARAGE & YARD SALES! I go to them pretty much every weekend during the Spring and Summer months along with FLEA MARKETS and AUCTIONS--- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE

I have found many treasures in these type of stores and sales. Most of my antique's and vintage items have come from these. I bought an antique tea cup and saucer at a thrift store for .79 cents. Came home searched the markings and design on EBAY and oh my lord, it's worth over $100.00!!!!! I HIT THE JACKPOT ON THAT ONE.

anything vanilla scented- it gags me trinkets-nick nacs-- I have way to many now anything cherry scented or flavored-- it reminds me of cold medicine from when I was a child and it just nauseates me lotions of any sort - I must have 15 bottles of lotion now, lol
