Update 10/28: Hi, all, I was gone most of October. I had a trip to Colorado, a surprise trip to New Mexico and I trip for work. I am back now.
Hi, I wanted to talk about my partial suspension. I have also emailed the powers that be (twice) about this and haven't heard back. I believe in transparency and authenticity. I had a previous profile on Swap-Bot in 2012 and I was on top of my swaps, things were going well and then my husband lost his job. It wasn't a financial thing, but because he lost his job I had to get a second job. I worked with people that degraded me and made me feel like garbage every day until I almost gave into the depression I was going through. I gave up on life and as a result swap-bot. On my old profile (Aimeethegreat) there's a response that I had a Pinterest swap- the simplest of all swaps and why couldn't I just respond. But I couldn't move. I was paralyzed in to NOT functioning. That was years ago. I have gotten help, therapy and medication. Which, at the time I couldn't afford (Thank you America for lack of healthcare for those unable to get it through work and being above the poverty line by only 3K). Today I am much better. I still go to therapy every other week, I make an effort to look after my well being (getting enough sleep, eating, am I creating- that is something that is really big for my mental health). When I recently decided to come back to Swap-Bot I did try to get into my account. But, I couldn't. I tried to reset my password. Couldn't figure out why I couldn't get into my account. I finally decided to make a new account--- well. That was a mistake. I didn't even think about it to be honest. I never thought it would be an issue. A week or so later I tried to think back about what other email addresses I may have used at the time and realized I had change my old account to be hooked up to an email I don't use. Ahhh... Depression brain. It's great for NOT remembering. It came back to me. The harassment I received from people from Swap-Bot. Justified? Absolutely. Absolutely. We are all adults, we sign up for a swap, by all that is good and holy we are committing to follow through. But during that time I couldn't function and didn't want to live and being told I was an ass for not responding was TOO much for me. I am not that person now, and I hate that I was that person but am glad to be alive and be here now. I don't know what will happen, if this partial suspension will go away or if I need to go back to old profile. But I want to be here. I want to be part of this community. I love art. I love meeting new people. I hope I can stay.
If you're going to be late on a swap please let me know, to avoid any negative ratings, I understand life happens.
I rate within 24 hours (unless I’m on vacation – I will post those times on my profile)
If you have NOT received a swap from me, please by all means let me know, if I see i am not getting rated I will contact you about the swap. If you have not received a rating from me, please message me. I

Hi Aimee.
I sent a message on Nov 18 and one on the 19th. They are unread, so I'll write here.
I, unfortunately, did not get your postcard for Handmade Homemade Postcard Newbie Friendly INTL (sent after the deadline on the October 19th deadline on the October 25th) I checked on the evening of the day I turned in my PO Box key, November 19th.
If you photographed the postcard before mailing it I'd like to see it. You should have my email address if you click the "See the partners you send to" link.

Aimee, I sent you a message on November 6 but it remains unread, so I will leave a message here. I still have not received your postcard for Handmade Homemade Postcard Newbie Friendly INTL. I got your message on October 21, which said it would be late but you were going to put it in the mail. Hopefully, it will get to me shortly. Can you let me know when you mailed it to me?
Hey Aimee! I am so sorry that it took me so long to reply to your pen-pal letter. I put a card in the mail for you today with a SUPER long letter. Like four pages typed long. Ha ha. I hope you get it soon!
