Hello! I am Ames, 36 years old from Sydney, Australia. I am married to Dan, a mum to Margot (4.5 yrs) and we have a little grey cat called Camilla. I work as a lawyer in the government and also teach at university. I've been a lifelong lover of snail mail, starting writing to penpals in my early teens and continuing to this day. I love mail art, calligraphy and typography, postcard swaps, cooking, reading and spending time with my little girl.

I enjoy swapping postcards and other mail related paraphernalia. I like all cards though would prefer not to receive free ad cards unless we are swapping these as deco or scrapbooking materials. If we are in a postcard swap, please tell me about yourself or write me a little note on your card! I especially like food related cards, map cards and I collect on legal history (though I expect there is little out there to satisfy that particular interest!). Right now I love cards with lighthouses and dream of seeing a puffin card in my mailbox one day! I also prefer postcards to be stamped and posted without an envelope.

My little girl is obsessed with bunny rabbits - if you happen to have a card with a bunny, please send it to the both of us as she will pin it up in her room.
