About Me
My name is Jenny. I am a college student. I am majoring in photography, but I'm thinking about changing it to something else. I am an only child. I have 2 dogs. Molly is a 14 year old shih-tzu poodle mix, and Maddie is a 2 year old shih-tzu bichon mix. Maddie and I are a therapy dog team and go into our local hospital to visit patients. I have a mac. My favorite color is lime green. I also love pink! I love black & white (photos, fabric, and just about anything). I also love zebra stripes. I've been to Africa three times on a medical mission.
Favorite Crafts
I absolutely love crafts!!!!! I actually work at the local scrapbook store. So, obviously, I love scrapbooking. I'm not that into stamping, although I have done some stamping. I love knitting. I will try any craft at least once!
Favorite Books
I love mystery books. My favorite authors include James Patterson, Maggie Sefton, Kathy Reichs, and many others. I love all types of mystery books. :) I'm also up for reading just about any book if it's good. I'm not that into history books or non fiction.
Favorite Music
I'm open to pretty much any type of music. My favorite artists are Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Daughtry, Rascal Flatts. Just about any country and pop.
Favorite Television
I love crime dramas. Right now, my favorites are NCIS, Castle, Bones, the Forgotten, Grey's Anatomy. I also like medical dramas too, and reality shows like Project Runway, So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With the Stars, and America's Next Top Model.
Favorite Movies
For movies, I like romantic comedies, and action movies, and mysteries that aren't to gory. I don't like horror movies.

It is awesome that you are going to school for Photography. My dad was a photographer for the British Columbia Museum for years. He did all sorts of nature photography. I hope you find a job just as awesome in your field! Or are you going freelance? I have a few friends who do weddings or portrait. I have one friend who does school pictures! That sounds like a terrifying job!
I really admire that you take your dog places as a therapy team. I have seen how this can really brighten people's days. Good work.
I am returning to collage/university to do my degree in Nursing and become and RN. I hope to do some help with medical missions and doctors without boarders someday. How was your volunteering experience in Africa? Did you feel like you were in danger?

Best of luck in college!! My oldest daughter just finished her sophmore year at the University of Cincinnati in the english department. Oh, we have photography in commom, love it and use it so much do to my love of scrapbooking!! I adore vintage photos, collect them while out at antique shows. I too am an only child - but had 4 of my own and my husband has 7 siblings!!! I also have 2 dogs, a boxer and a chihuahua. I commend you on visiting the hospital with your dog, what a generous and kind mission. I also love a good mystery - go Kathy Reichs!! A big YES to Rascal Flatts - never tire of their sound. I think it is absolutely wonderful that you work with Maddie ( the other half of the team) I bet the people love to see you two coming!! I have seen them at work before and I know they bring so many smiles!! For someone so young you have seen alot! Africa I have never been there I bet it is beautiful! A scrapbooking store!! Lucky you a crafters dream, every time I go in my husband practically has to drag me out! I would love to see some of your photographs, I have thought about taking up photography I mean I have everything for it just have'nt done it yet. Another bones fan!!
