Hi there! My name is Daphne, I am 28 years old, and I live in Greece with my wonderful cat Kida.

General

Likes: My style is a hodge podge of stuff - I really like vintage and shabby chic styles a lot. I am also obsessed with florals and botanicals. Anything floral and botanical themed I am guaranteed to love, as well as watercolor type designs. I adore cats, birds, and woodland animals, and bring on the unicorns and mermaids as well. I do like more geometric designs in bold colors as well. My favourite colors are purple, turquoise, and gold - I really love pastel colors, but also nice deep jewel tones. I also love bling, so do not be afraid of foiling, gems and glitter.

In general I do a lot of crafts and I like a lot of things, so most craft-related and pretty things are absolutely welcome! As far as non-craft related things go, I'm also pretty obsessed with makeup.

Dislikes: the only thing I'm not fond of is religious themes

Drinks/food: I am addicted to coffee, but I also loooove tea and I would love to receive tea (all kinds except anything minty, rose, coconut, or chocolate flavour - my favourite flavours tend to be more fruity, especially citrus, and/or spicy). I love snacks, sweet or savoury (but I am not crazy about nuts or anything involving licorice, ever).

Favourite crafts

I love any and all types of crafting. Currently, I am mostly into:

Art/junk journalling

I have been really into a combination of art and junk journalling for a while now. I bind my own journals, and do a wide mix of art, collage, writing, scrapbooking, just sticking stuff down, whatever feels more relaxing and inspiring that day.

Paper crafting

I generally do a LOT of paper crafting. Along with my journals, I do a lot of bookbinding, mail art, handmade paper ephemera and elements, everything really. I am a huge fan of anything involving stationery, paper, stickers, washi tape, etc, as well as vintage paper, maps and ephemera, and I am always excited to share and get new pretty supplies. I also do a fair bit of decoupage, especially in my journals, so cute napkins are always welcome.

Embroidery

I have been doing a lot of cross stitch lately, and I am starting to learn some free hand embroidery as well. I am doing a 365 days of buttons and stitches challenge (in which I am tragically behind), so interesting and pretty buttons are always welcome, and I am learning how to make pretty embroidered flower wreaths.

Knitting/crochet

I admittedly haven't been knitting or crocheting a lot for the past year or two, but I still love it, and I have a gigantic yarn collection still. Sometimes I do make a quick pair of gloves or a beanie if the fancy strikes me but I'm just not feeling it too much lately.

Other random crafts I do include friendship bracelets, perler beads, watercolor painting, sewing a tiny bit

Favourite media

I read a lot - mostly romance novels (all sorts, historical, contemporary, paranormal, fantasy, bring it on), and a fair bit of fantasy and science fiction, as well as the occasional mystery.

I watch a lot of tv shows as well - my most recent favourites are The Magicians, Harlots, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, The Big Family Cooking Showdow, Wynonna Earp, The Good Place

I do enjoy video games a lot too. I play Overwatch, any and all hidden object games I can get my hands on, and point and click adventure games. Currently I am playing The Witness and Forager.
