Hi! Nice to meet you! My name is Connie. I am a 53 year old mom and grandmother with two grown daughters and a 10 year old grandson.

Love couponing, animals,crafts, movies, some TV, helping others,drawing,writing and a lot more.

I have two pets an elderly three legged cat and an elderly Saint Bernard who is my best friend. My cat was born that way, under my mom's shed to a stray. My parents kept him and he was much loved and a great comfort to them in later years as they battled terminal cancer. My mother in her final months gave him to a so called friend. This friend in finding out she was not in Mom's will much threw him out in the middle of winter.(He has always been an inside cat) Mom had chosen her mainly because we were afraid my Saint would hurt him. Anyway thankfully another friend of my mom's told me and I went and got him and he's been with us six years now. He and my dog get along fine once Big Boy (the cat) set him straight :) Now they are friends(although Boomer does try to steal the cat food occasionally:)

Boomer is my best friend. In the past ten years I have lost a home to a storm, had my marriage end, both parents die, my teen had a baby, two cars were stolen and so much more. I also have several chronic pain conditions, plus two years ago was on life support not expected to live and through all of this my dog has been the best loyal friend ever, even helping me get up and walk when I was learning again. He's an old guy now. Well really I'm an old gal now too lol.

I am married but separated for years,live alone stay married for insurance reasons plus we are still friends

I have fibro, a thyroid disorder, RA and chronic everyday pain and some days are good and some days I flare and stay in.

My motto is make the best of what you have and be grateful. Life is too short to be bitter

Spending time with family,playing with Boomer my Saint Bernard, couponing, crafts, writing songs and poems, surveys, penpalling(usually print out the letters because my handwriting is horrible because of arthritis) spend time online on facebook, surfing or playing pioneer trail
