Hello! My name is Eva and I'm from the Netherlands. I haven't been on swap bot for a while, but I'm looking to slowly start up again, because I miss having mail waiting for me when I come home so much!
Some info about me: I run a gym, but in my spare time I'm a hobby dog groomer. I have a small salon in my house.
I'm a vegan.
I have two dogs, chickens and a cat. They are my babies!
I live together with my new husband who is a scientist.
I enjoy reading (mostly fantasy&scifi), fitness (powerlifting!), playing video games (the sims 4 is my favourite right now), watching anime, tv series and movies. I can spend hours on YouTube watching videos of bigfoot, and my dream is to go looking for bigfoot some time.
Anything with fables, fairytales and folktales. Especially anything with mermaids.
I love harry potter, and I'm a proud hufflepuff.
Alice in Wonderland & through the looking glass Anything by Tolkien, Stephen King or Anne Rice.
Right now I'm reading all the classic fairy tales, the original ones by Hans Christian Andersen and the Grimm brothers.
I love tea, especially chai, green tea (flavoured or pure), and spicy flavours. I do like fruit tea, but not the ones with a sour aftertaste like with a lot of berries. My husband is a fan of strong black tea.
Favourite colors: pink and purple
I love poodles and all other dogs, anything cute, kawaii, China, coffee, tea, polka dots, geeky/nerdy.
Other things I would like to receive: Things for my pets. My cat loves catnip, and for my dog I like anything to do with grooming. A brush or a quality dog shampoo is always welcome. And they love treats and toys of course. Penpal related items Make up, beauty products, handcream Fluffy socks Scented candles Stuff to use for working out (clothes, hairbands, lifting gloves, I can use anything!) especially if they are black and/or hot pink! snacks: I love spicy taki's, and I can't get them here in the Netherlands. I also like anything vegan. Thank you for reading!
I just love collecting postcards, and I'm sure that whatever you choose for me, I'll love, but to give you some ideas, anything that corresponds with my likes will be fantastic, especially Alice in wonderland and poodles. I also like slightly offensively funny and strange themes. I'm not too keen on tourist postcards, or landscapes or flowers. If it's not specified in the swap wether a postcard should be blank or written, I prefer something written on the back. I keep my received postcards in a photo album with plastic sleeves, so I prefer them to be regular sized (10x15 cm)
I've had two 2's on august gift swaps (in 2015)because I was late. I had to go abroad unexpectedly, and I didn't contact my swap partner about this (it was one partner for both swaps). I'm glad she liked the swaps though, which is what matters to me the most.
My husband (who's not a vegan) wants to try a lot of typical American cereal. If you're from America, maybe we can do a private food swap? I can send you some typical Dutch snacks like stroopwafels and speculaas. What I would love to receive: honey bunches of oats, cinnamon toast crunch, taki's (I've had these before and I LOVE them, but can't get them here), anything vegam. I'm also open to any food swaps with other countries. I want to try all the vegan food in existence!

Hi Eva! I just received your rubber stamp booklet in a swap and wanted to give you a status: I'll be the third person adding to it!
Oops, Dutch is what I meant; lol I'm so head deep in German! I did get most of it! Some I did have to use a translator for. But I did understand!
Is this what Castor looks like?
Thank you for your kind words. I've learned that time may not "heal" all wounds, but it does lessen the pain of some. Thank you for the post card.
That's just awesome then, even more so than the false medals would have been. I've always wanted to learn the ocarina.
