I live in England, near Manchester. I live in a red brick house like on Coronation Street and everything is within walking distance. I walk my kids to school, pop to the shop on the way home, doctors and dentists are a stones throw away and even the cinema is just down the road and round the corner!

I am married with 2 daughters age 8 and 9.

I'm in a reading group which means i get to read books that i haven't chosen! recently i have enjoyed 'never let me go' by kasuo ishiguro, 'notes on a scandal' by zoe heller, and 'case histories' by kate atkinson. i loved 'vernon god little', 'time travellers wife' and 'we need to talk about kevin'.

all the harry potters, all the indiana jones, amelie, grease, psycho, funny films like meet the parents, princess bride, love actually.

I love playing on the wii and ds. Favourite games on wii: Indiana Jones lego/ Indiana Jones lego 2/ Boom Blox/ Star Wars lego/

Fave games on ds: animal crossing (i love love love this game)/ zelda and the phantom hourglass/ viva pinata

i love reality tv like big brother, x factor, britain's got talent, and any light saturday night gameshow type of thing! i also like 'gavin and stacey' and anything wildlife with david attenborough.

also country house rescue, hotel inspector, and heston blumenthal's crazy feasts.

If you don't watch British TV this might not mean much! sorry!

I'm into scrapbooking, card making, paper and felt things, a bit of hand sewing and lots of cute mini albums.

I'm inspired by shimelle, somerset studios, paper artsy, two peas in a bucket.

i've enjoyed making dotty dollies, felt brooches, felt cakes, atcs, stamped items, hand made cards, inchies, vintage style stuff, circle journals and altered things for swapping through a uk scrapbooking forum i belong to.

Please don't send anything which smells of smoke. I would prefer not to receive anything which is related to religion, blood, vampires, heavy metal, disney ( i like disney but prefer not to receive this thru a swap), nudity, babies or peel off stickers. I don't do FB's. Thank you.

I love bright colours, torn and messy effects and spotty things.

I especially appreciate hand made items.

i am pretty easy to please but receiving the things in this list will make me whoop for joy.
